Chicago Marathon Training W13D3 - 5 miles

Easy pace, running on cruise control. The purpose of these runs the day before is  to make tomorrow’s long run feel more like the last 20 miles of a marathon than the first 20. 

Now if anybody needs me, I’ll be the guy foam rolling and icing every appropriate part of my anatomy. And some of the inappropriate ones.
