Chicago Marathon Training W5D2 - 6 treadmiles
6 miles in 59:15, with a water refill stop at the halfway point. I always go faster on the treadmill, because the only way I can stay focused is by playing little sprint interval games with myself.
I figured there would be days when I’d need to resort to an indoor running strategy, during this summer training cycle. Let’s just hope it doesn’t happen too often.
